I'd like to address myself to that very group, which has for well over 144 years, transformed the Grand Ole Republic of Sovereign States, into an Empire of Consolidated States. Ours is to transform it back into the Grand Ole Republic it once was, and in the process liberate the Confederate States of America from occupation and subjugation.
We are a lawful, peaceful entity, therefore you need not fear any violent or illegal action coming from us, save that the rebirth of the Confederate States of America, may send cold chills, hatred and bigotry down your despotic spines. It is realized that a small group of 'Gray Backs' such as ourselves, cannot possibly bring your Yankee Empire to its knees, in any case we wish no harm whatsoever toward any among your numbers. A Confederate Victory in the contents of these modern times does not require destruction, violence, injury or death, no loss of jobs, homes, property or assets, for the sake of the Confederate Cause.
How then can approximately 300 Confederate Legion Gideons commanded by perhaps six Officers dare to propose, that we alone can single handedly liberate a nation thought long dead and forgotten with passing time? How can we be so unrealistic as to actually believe, we can face down the mightiest Empire since the fall of Rome? Well, in and of ourselves we can do none of these things, however like Gideon and Little David of the Old Testament, we have an Ally of enormous power! We have as a friend, none other then Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who intercedes for us, before the 'Throne of the One True and Living God' according to the Holy Scriptures.
The issue here is justice and the right of any people to decide for themselves, what manner or society, government and nation shall be theirs. Our forefathers lawfully and peacefully seceded from your Union of States, according to their unalienable rights, given of Almighty God in creation. The Confederate States Constitution was then drafted and ratified, and a new nation was formed under its provisions, entitled the 'Confederate States of America. This same Constitution remains in effect, howbeit suppressed; it can only be rescinded, and the nation formed under its provisions dissolved, in a similar manner as when it was drafted and ratified. Such authority rests by the Grace and Divine Providence of Almighty God, solely in ‘we the people’ of the sovereign member States of the Confederacy.
Your Union Armies acting like unto barbarians invaded our homeland, raped, robbed, pillaged, burned and murdered their way through our homes, cities and nation; nonetheless they were not able, nor indeed could they, rescind the Confederate States Constitution, an authority reserved solely to 'We the People' of the Confederacy. While they scattered the Elected Officers of our government, arresting and murdering any who would not bow the knee, still they could not dissolve our nation. Thus our Constitution remains in effect howbeit suppressed, and our nation remains in a status of occupation.
While the Confederate Cause has never claimed perfection, yet it cannot be rightly judged by a people and nation, which has abandoned the Almighty God in Christ Jesus, the Holy Scripture and Prayer. Those who have set aside the moral standards taught to us in the Scriptures, as well as having murdered through abortion, the innocent unborn, cannot then rightly stand as our judge. These same people having corrupted society, the family and their own nation, have claimed as a matter of right, those perversions condemned by the Word of God.
Nonetheless it is fair to ask whether or not there be any that would come to our support, those who might aid in our mission and purpose? Haply there is none other then the vary Yankee Empire itself, as well as its liberal, socialist followers. Yes indeed, 'those people' and their Empire, which subjugated our nation has made of itself by their own deeds, the unintentional instrument of our eventual liberation, having followed the same path to self-destruction, as did all the great empires throughout history. More then being merely blind followers of these suicidal policies and programs, they are willingly ignorant, enthusiastic and committed believers in their own self-destruction!
Our forefathers predicted according to the Spirit of God within them, the day would ultimately arrive wherein our struggle would be re-ignited, but then of course you didn't pay any attention, because we were an unworthy lost cause, in your eyes. Our own President Jefferson Davis, who never surrendered to you, nor would he take a forced Oath of Allegiance to your Empire, said it best; ‘‘The contest is not over, the strife is not ended. It has only entered upon a new and enlarged arena." We have launched that new and enlarged arena of which President Davis spoke, and we have now arisen to finish the work. The time will come wherein liberalism and socialism have destroyed what remains of your Empire, when that occurs, we will be there in ever growing numbers, waiting for you.
